The Australian Alps Tourism Master Plan is available here for reading and download. The Strategy was officially launched on April 11th 2010, by the Hon Peter Garrett, Minister for the Environment, Heritage, Water and the Arts during the Opening Ceremony of the Healthy Parks Healthy People Congress in Melbourne.
The launch of the Strategy signals the start of implementation of the Actions contained within the Strategy to further develop and promote the Australian Alps Brand and experiences based on the Brand; and link these with the international promotion of the Australian Alps National Landscape through Tourism Australia http://www.australia.com/destinations/icons/alps.aspx
