These are the standard terms and conditions for the provision of Marketing Opportunities, Products, and Services (MOPS) by North East Victoria Tourism Inc (NEVTi) offered from time to time on the NEVTi website or via other printed or electronic materials. These terms and conditions govern the process of participating in our MOPS, and, from time to time, competitions.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. It is a condition of your booking and payment for NEVTi MOPS that you comply with these terms and conditions, and your use of our website indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing

All prices in the ordering system for our MOPS are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST (10%). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

Payment options

All MOPS must be pre-paid in full either by cheque, credit card, or electronic funds transfer. Our standard bookings forms may be used as a Tax Invoice once payment has been made. Customers are advised to take a copy for their records. Automatic payment receipts are generated and emailed to you when you use our online credit card payment system.

Under some circumstances NEVTi will raise invoices (that is, a credit account) for MOPS and customers wishing to access this must first discuss arrangements with our officers at the time of booking. NEVTi reserves the right to refuse a request for credit. Security

We use the secure NAB Transact to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorized and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. Our online shopping cart facilities enable us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience. NAB Transact is committed to protecting the security of your data. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When we transmit sensitive information (such as a credit card number) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Credit card details are not stored.

Refunds & Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel MOPS for any reason. In the unlikely event of this happening we will offer you a refund.

Should you find yourself needing to withdraw from a MOPS, we require no less than 14 days written notice prior to the content deadline. Upon receipt of written notice 14 or more days prior to the content deadline we will be happy to offer a refund. Withdrawals advised within 14 days of content deadline will receive a refund only where we are successful in re-selling your spot. If, despite all endeavours to do so, we are unable to re-sell that space, we reserve the right to retain part or all monies paid, or to invoice for amounts due to be paid.

Changes

NEVTi may make changes to its Terms & Conditions from time to time and we suggest you check our website for any changes made to our Terms & Conditions.
